Billing reads a signed live readiness contract before it enables checkout and recommends the smallest top-up whose paid cash principal can fund one reserved Preview run. New membership checkout is paused during Preview; plan allowance is not eligible capacity funding.

Do you train on my data?+
No. Prompts and completions never train models. See the no-training policy.
Can my plan allowance fund a Klara Preview request?+
No. Reserved Preview GPU capacity uses purchased prepaid credits. Membership allowance and bonus credit do not authorize a new capacity-funded checkout.
Can I use OpenCode, Aider, or Continue?+
Yes. The API is OpenAI-compatible. Point any client at https://api.advancedmind.ai/v1 with an API key you create in Settings.
When do I need Research Mode?+
Only for an approved higher-risk project scope. A qualifying top-up funds ordinary Preview usage; it does not grant Research Mode, and Research Mode never activates an unavailable release.
Can I get dedicated endpoints?+
Managed dedicated capacity is release-controlled, and customer-dedicated deployments are available through an Enterprise agreement. Contact sales with the model, region, and volume you need.
